1. Classes will take place once per week for 60 minutes. These will be group lessons with no more than 5 in a class.
2. Please let Desiree know should your child not be able to attend. 24 hours’ notice would be most appreciated if possible.
3. Tuition fees are payable in advance. EFT & Cash payments accepted. Payment Reference: Child’s Name and Surname.
4. Additional books will be invoiced during the year, as required by the child. No book will be issued unless payment has been received.
5. Should your child continually forget their books for class, a fee per page will be levied on your account for additional copies made for your child.
6. The above address is chosen as the client's domicilium citandi et executandi. Any notice or document delivered to this address above shall be deemed properly served, and any change of address shall be communicated in writing to the other party within 30 days.
7. A cancellation email must be sent to students@alwayshere.co.za and the Desiree must be informed. One month’s notice of cancellation is required from January to September. Cancellations in the months of October to December, a cancellation fee, as contemplated in Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2009, will be levied. Such cancellation fee will be equal to a quarterly fee.
8. You will be held liable for legal expenses incurred if account is not settled according to your payment option.
